Once a request for appointment has been submitted, we will reply to verify the date, time and location of the shoot. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, and cannot be guaranteed. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”

At the Shoot

The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographers/Videographers interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, the interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer/videographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms or home exterior; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture or construction items, picking up laundry, construction items, etc.. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed to their satisfaction prior to the photo/video shoot. Without client input, the photographers choices will be considered final. Your input is important when choosing the best rooms, areas and angles to capture. If input by Client is not provided, then the Photographer/Videographer's choices will be considered final. If a re shoot is requested it is subject to a re shoot fee up to, or equal to pricing at the time of the original shoot. 

After the Shoot

Once the videos and or images have been captured, the photographer will perform editing/retouching as needed and deliver to you within 1-5 business days depending on the level of services purchased. Delivery is via digital transfer/download to the email address(es) you supply. Up to 1  digital revision of a photo or video may be requested with no fee. Revisions are not guaranteed and are subject to photo and software limitations

Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy

Aerial drone service availability is subject to FAA regulations, weather as well as obstructions. If an aerial job cannot be completed due to regulations, weather or obstructions, no fee shall be charged. If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary for other reasons, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a 50% of job cost Cancellation Fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling at the earliest available time. If a re shoot is requested, it will be scheduled subject to the next available opening and subject to a re shoot fee up to, or equal to pricing at the time of the original shoot.

Travel Fees:

Locations that exceed a 20 mile radius from Plainwell, Michigan may be subject to travel fees. This reimbursement is based upon a rate of $0.55 per mile.  If a re shoot is requested, it will be scheduled subject to the next available opening and subject to a re shoot fee up to, or equal to pricing at the time of the original shoot.

Rights and Usage

All video and images produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self-promotion. The video and photos may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer/Videographer, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer/videographer. Additional rights/licensing are available for purchase. For video deliverables, a branded and non branded version will be delivered. The branded version may be added to the company's YouTube page, however, the client is responsible for hosting and managing video in accordance to any MLS or other guidelines

It is the responsibility of the client to maintain and confirm guidelines of any applicable MLS. A branded and non branded version of a video tour will be available upon request. Although the company may attempt to host the videos for you, it remains the client's responsibility to confirm that any media complies with guidelines before uploading/presenting.


A detailed invoice will be supplied. Payment is due within 2 days of receipt of invoice or as otherwise specified. Payment is accepted via check or electronically with most major credit cards. A Paid-In-Full Deposit may be required prior to the scheduled appointment. Upon completion of work, 18th Hour Productions, LLC. will provide  a link to watermarked photos and send an invoice for the remaining balance (if any). When notification of payment is received through the payment portal, 18th Hour Productions, LLC. will remove the watermark making the photos and/or video available for download. If Agent or Broker [Client] chooses to pay outside of the Payment Portal via check, payment must be received prior to the scheduled shoot. Payment will NOT be accepted through Paypal, Facebook or any other electronic method outside of 18th Hour Productions, LLC's payment portal. 

Payments not received within 2 days are subject to a $25 late fee. An additional late fee of $25 will be charged each week until the balance is paid in full. If you are having issues making payments please reach out to us directly so we can come up with a payment arrangement that works for both parties.
